About the JuMPstart Mentorship Program

Length

  • Minimum commitment length per cohort is 5 sessions(~5 months).

  • Each mentee will be matched with a different mentor for each session.

  • There is no limit to the length of mentor/mentee relationship as long as it is fulfilling to both parties.

Universal Rules

  • Keep it professional and business casual, mentorship is not for mental health support.

  • Respect each others privacy. keep personal info confidential.

  • Do research on each other before you meet.
